Key Responsibilities:
Evaluations & Therapy: Conduct thorough and timely evaluations, with an expectation of billing a minimum of 23 hours a week of direct therapy service within a 40-hour workweek.
Documentation & Billing: Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing according to Emerges procedural guidelines.
Client & Family Interaction: Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, educate them on therapy plans to ensure consistency and success, and promote carryover of treatment goals at home.
Collaboration & Community Engagement: Build rapport with community partners and contribute positively to the companys reputation within the local community.
Outcome-Oriented: Set and achieve measurable, timely goals for client progress and complete discharge summaries as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience & Licensure: NC therapy licensure in good standing, with at least two years of outpatient pediatric therapy experience.
Additional Qualifications: Continuing education units (CEUs) and advanced courses in pediatric therapy are preferred.

Multilingual Pay Differential: Emerge offers an increased pay rate for employees who are proficient in a language other than English and who may need to use that language in their position.
