Client Relations Coordinator
Emerge Pediatric Therapy is looking for a flexible, warm, and welcoming person to be the first face to greet our clients as they enter the clinic. The Client Relations Coordinator's purpose is to enhance the lives of children and the families who love them by ensuring that the front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This employee will ensure that all clients who contact Emerge Pediatric Therapy feel supported and have a positive experience. Emerge is currently looking for a full-time employee looking to grow their career within a local company!
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Opening and/or closing the office
- Scheduling clients and managing client charts and records
- Complete clients check in procedures and managing any rescheduling needs
- Correspond with new clients and manage receipt of incoming intake forms
- Handling incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person
- Requesting and monitoring scripts and insurance approvals, and contacting physician offices as needed
- Collecting and entering payments
- Monitor email and HIPAA portals and route appropriate information
- Making approved purchases for clinic needs
- General upkeep/organization of the clinic
- Assisting the Billing department with client insurance eligibility and authorizations
- Directly calling clients and other service providers
- Maintaining an orderly waiting room
- Acting as a client satisfaction liaison
- Tracking no-shows and handles attendance issues
- Supporting therapy staff by entering reports into the Medicaid system
- Helping maintains a safe, friendly and welcoming clinic
- Building rapport with families
- Performs related work as requested by supervisor

Physical Requirements
- Normal periods of sitting and standing in an office environment.
- Extended periods of sitting at a workstation/desk in an office environment.
- Lifting and/or pushing objects up to 30 lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Working at heights of up to7 feet.
